1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, orders and deliveries made by Taqwa International to business customers. We supply trade customers only, not private consumers.
2. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when we send written confirmation. Prices exclude sales tax and delivery unless shown.
3. Alcohol sales
Alcohol is supplied to licensed businesses only (21+). We will ask for a valid New York State Liquor Authority licence before the first alcohol order and may refuse delivery if a licence cannot be verified.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the address on your account within the agreed window. Please check goods on arrival and note any shortages or damage on the delivery sheet. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Payment
New customers pay on order. Approved accounts pay within 30 days of invoice. We may pause deliveries on overdue accounts.
6. Returns & claims
Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
7. Liability & law
