01Do I need to buy from all categories?
Not at all. Many clients start with one range, such as meat or beverages, and add more as they get to know us.
02Is your meat halal?
Yes. All our meat and poultry comes from certified halal suppliers.
03Is there a minimum order?
Food and beverage orders have a minimum of $150 per delivery. There is no minimum for equipment, tableware or furniture.
04How quickly can you deliver?
Food orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the next morning. In-stock equipment and furniture is usually delivered within 3–7 working days.
05Do you install kitchen equipment and furniture?
Yes. Our team handles delivery, installation and basic staff orientation for the equipment we supply.
06Do equipment products come with a warranty?
All commercial equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, and we coordinate after-sales service for you.
07Can you help fit out a new restaurant?
Absolutely. We offer complete opening packages covering kitchen equipment, tableware, furniture and your first stock of ingredients and beverages.
08Do you offer credit terms?
Yes, credit accounts are available for approved business clients.
